Application of Stirred Ball Mill
Due to the special requirements of high and new technology and new material industry on mineral powder, powder industry is developing rapidly in the direction of ultra-fine grinding.The ultrafine powder has high specific surface area, low particle defect, high activity, fast reaction rate, good filling reinforcement, high solubility, low sintering temperature and high sintering strength. It is of great significance to improve the ultrafine grinding technology for the development of modern high-tech new material industry.
Stirred ball mill is one of the main equipment of modern ultra-fine grinding, because of its advantages of high energy density, fine product size, small environmental pollution, simple equipment structure, convenient maintenance and so on, it is widely used in building materials, coatings, chemical industry, medicine, food, Pesticide, electronics, metallurgy, ceramics, pigments, lithium electricity, rare earth, phosphor powder and other fields.
The stirred ball mill produced by our company is mainly used in the experimental environment. It has a flexible, reliable and compact design model,which can meet the needs of grinding and dispersing in all laboratories. The experimental results can also be easily and accurately amplified to the production model. Because the energy of mixing/stirred ball mill is high, in order to reduce the change of material performance, the cooling method of water cool cycle is added on the original basis, thus lowering the internal temperature.

1. Material selection of Ball Mill Jar: Stainless steel jars (standard), nylon, polytetrafluoro, polyurethane (optional)
2. Grinding ball material selection: zirconia ball, stainless steel ball, agate ball, alumina ball

Note1:The size of the ball must be less than 3mm using in the stirred ball mill. The big ball is not suitable for using in the mixing ball milling..
Note2: It have electric automatic lifting function for stirred/mixing ball mill. And also we have added the manual lifting function using for all stirred/mixing ball mill in order to avoid sudden
